FLY TIPPING

Any refuse that you dispose of on the ground is classed as 'FLY TIPPING' and is illegal.  All refuse must be disposed of correctly, either by placing in the correct bin provided by management, or by arranging for it to be taken away.  Management will issue fines to any person caught fly tipping, any outstanding fines can be deducted from a tenants deposit.
