The entire building is strictly no smoking OR vaping. This relates to the communal areas AND your apartment. It is very pleasing to see the responsible tenants choosing to smoke outside and respect the health and safety of others. However, smoking inside not only puts the safety and health of others at risk but will also result in a high fine.
£500 FINE PLUS COSTS
SMOKING
Smoking means the use of nicotine and any other type of cigarette whether hand rolled, e-cigarettes, legal, non-legal, cigar or even herbal. Any evidence of smoking inside the building will mean an automatic fine of a minimum of £500 (plus any costs for fumigation or repairs) and can be deducted from your deposit.
VAPING
Vaping is included in the terms of smoking and will receive the same fine and conditions. This relates to any kind of vaping whether nicotine, herbal, flavoured or neutral.
