Our Services

Each inspection will take approximately 30-40 minutes and is carried out by a professional surveyor.  They will need access to walls and all windows without obstruction, please ensure window sills are cleared and free of obstruction.  

If you would like to be in attendance, please use the booking form to book a time and ensure that you are are at the flat at the given time.  If you are not there at the given time, the surveyor may use landlord keys to gain access and carry out the survey.
