FLY TIPPING

Large items can not be disposed of on Imperial House grounds. Any large items should be disposed of responsibility - you can ask someone to collect it for free such as a charity, or pay for the local council or similar to collect.

LARGE ITEMS

Furniture:

Beds, mattresses, tables, chairs, sofas wardrobes, shelving etc.

Electrical Goods:

All white goods, vacuum cleaners, dehumidifiers, etc.

DIY Waste:

Wood, boarding, flooring etc.

CHARGES

Should a tenant be found to have disposed of refuse incorrectly, management will issue a fine of £100 per item. If this remains unpaid at time of exit, it will be deducted in full from the deposit.
