POST BOXES

a tenants guide

Mail Boxes

The communal area hosts a communal post box system, with each post box numbered to each individual flat.  All tenants are provided with a post box key - should you lose your post box key you can request the relevant number from management but you will be responsible for ordering a new key.

POST BOXES AND MAIL

GENERAL POST

Royal mail delivery to the post boxes and have the access code to the building to do so.

Some reputable couriers have the access code also, but this can not be guaranteed when ordering.

PARCELS

Packages left by mail services left in the communal area are at your own risk and building management take no responsibility for their safe keeping.

Management would recommend using a safe facility such as InPost/locker/parcel box, local collect or other alternative methods if you are not in at time of delivery.

UNSOLICITED MAIL

Unsolicited mail is not welcome in the building, but unfortunately we can not avoid it 100%.  Please do not litter the entrance lobby with this, dispose of it responsibly.

MAIL

All mail that is addressed to THE OCCUPIER should be opened by you, the tenant.  This will normally be council tax or utility providers and these are the tenants responsibility.  All mail that is addressed to THE OWNER, can be put in the bottom right hand box labelled NEL.
