External bike storage is available to all residents via the racks located in the car park. Storage is at the residents responsibility.

BIKE STORAGE

TAKING BIKES INSIDE

We do appreciate that some residents would prefer to take their bikes inside. If you do this, please do so safely and without damage to the communal areas or your apartment.

BIKE RACKS

The bike racks are located in various areas and are available for all residents. We recommend securing them to the racks with solid 'U' locks placed through the unremovable parts.

LEFT BIKES

Bikes that have been left unattended for more than 6 months may be removed by management by force. They will be stored for a period of 4 weeks, after which they will be disposed of.
