The car park to the rear of the building is not for free use. The car park is monitored and fines will be issued to unauthorised vehicles. If you would like to enquire about leasing a parking space, you can enquire here.

MONITORED

The car park is monitored by an external company. This is not by the management and unauthorised parking will be issued with a fine. The monitoring company can seek to recover unpaid fines from the deposit.

JUST DROPPING OFF

Vehicles parked for 5 minutes or less will not be fined, this is to allow for general deliveries, taxi services and accidental use.

BLOCKING ENTRANCE

Any vehicles blocking the entrance will receive an automatic fine as this hinders the use for others.

REMOVALS

When you are moving in or vacating, you may require removals vans, (not lorries) or similar. These can be parked at the front of the building for loading purposes only. Provided pedestrians can still pass, they can be parked on the pavement to the right as you look at the building from the road.
