Buying an apartment

Some apartments are part or fully furnished.  The supply of these furnishings are included in your tenancy agreement, these items are prone to wear and tear and are likely to have been used by the previous tenant (s).  We do not guarantee that they are in 'new' condition when supplied but they will be detailed on your inventory and we do acknowledge that there will be an acceptable amount of wear and tear when you leave.  

FURNISHINGS

SOFA

The sofa will be a faux leather 2-seater sofa for ease of cleaning and use of space.

BEDFRAME

The bed will be a simple metal frame with wooden slats.  Please be aware that mattresses are NEVER part of the rental agreement and are not supplied.  

WARDROBE

The wardrobe will be a small 2 door simple wooden style.   

DRAWER UNITS

Where possible, drawers supplied to bedroom only will match the wardrobe, but this can not be guaranteed.  

TABLE AND CHAIRS

We only supply small table with 2 chairs as a space saver.
